The McMillan Law Firm in La Mesa Scott McMillan filed an appeal.He lost it despite his representations he would prevail.Later I searched the Court of Appeal website in San Diego and discovered he lost about EVERY single appeal over 40 of them. A list of his lost appeals can be found here scott-mcmillan-law.blogspot.com I also found through the State Bar website he graduated from an unaccredited law school.I do not trust the representations of Scott McMillan as he has no winning track record as you cant argue with 40 lost appeals.

This was not posted by my client, but rather a person by the name of Darren Chaker who was never client of mine and will never be such. Chaker has a lengthy history of nuisance and silliness.

His statements above are incorrect. I win appeals. Including some of the cases he cites to.
