Sears/Range oven, Bellingham, Washington
We bought an electric range from Sears that broke the day after we got it. When I called to have somebody come look at it I was hung up on the first time. The second time I answered about 20 automated questions to get to a real person and was then transfered to somebody else. The second person also transfered me. The third person wanted to send a delivery person to look at the stove in 3 days but we didn\\t need a delivery person, we needed a repair person. I drove to Sears to have a salesperson help me. He called customer service, who transfered him and then disconnected his call. When the repair man came, he said he needed to order a part that was on backorder for 2 weeks. We immediately called Sears to tell them to come get the stove so we could return it. We were sent to a voicemail 2 times with a promised return call within 60 minutes that never happened. We were disconnected twice, transfered once and finally got to talk to a lady to sounded like she hated her job and wouldn\\t listen. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy an appliance or anything else at Sears ever again! |
