We went for family Portrait and kids traveled from other places for holidays.Sears sent digital pictures to lab for printing and they never called back for picking the photos. After so many tries.I got studio people on phone and told us that it was arrived long time back and ready for pickup. Now the fun started. The Photos are having ghost shades of the focus lights and first time they tried to blame me for not checking on monitor while shooting the pictures and when I confronted the manager agreed that Sears do not have enough technology to suppress the shades from focus light.They gave me money back but I lost lot of my time and family time and lost the opportunity for family photo. Be careful if you are planning and at least make sure that you are not in my situation. |
