Sears, Greenville, South Carolina
Bought a refrigerator from Sears less than 2 months ago and it was defective (Whirlpool). So far we have had 3 Technician calls and 3 Replacement refrigerators and this last machine still is not right. Customer Service gives us the run around and we have been inconvenienced 7 times with lost time from work, etc. Sears does not care. Now we are waiting for ANOTHER part and a 4th technician call! I have been a customer for 30 years and this is my LAST appliance I will buy from Sears!
