Buyer beware I ordered a Samsung A/S-TCon Board from them for a 46\\ LCD TV. They sent me a defective one and would not refund my money or send a replacement part. I even emailed them pictures of the defective part and also verified with a local tv repair store. This is a very shady operation and they provide terrible customer service. You are probably better off buying a new tv or having a diagnostic run by your local repair shop for $50 before wasting valuable time and money with samsungparts.com.I spent $175 for a part that is of poor quality.The electronic sodering is terrible among other things.These are refurbished parts.You are taking a big risk if you use them.They also dont return phone calls.I hope this review is read by others before anyone else becomes the next victim of samsungparts.com |
