Samsung camera
I purchased a camera from CNA Vincent park.I took it back because it was not working CNA send it in and then gave it back to me saying there was nothing wrong with the camera.
I then showed them the problem with the camera and asked them to please refund me as I have not had the please of enjoying this camera as it is giving me problems and I feel that they had sold me a faulty product. When purchasing a product you are expecting something that works and I feel like I was sold a product that never worked.CNA is refusing to refund me and asking me to get hold of Samsung myself to sort this camera out. I did not purcashe the camera from Samsung I bought it from CNA why am I having to call around to sort this problem out.
