S & A Construction Co Inc, Wichita, Kansas
The vinyl siding is faling off my house and is discolored.The mfg warranties are void. Roof leaks. Not enough ventilation in house covered up intake vents.Concrete driveway and porch are cracked and black in color. Metal overlap cut too short windows dont shut all the way and house is drafty now. Broke cement around basement windows and left big chunks of concrete in front of windows. Workers stole things used my tools to do the work, and damaged my property.The owner said he would fix things but has not shown up for four appointments he made with me to fix things.Workers were not experienced as promised. This company should lose their license to do business in Kansas.
