Very unprofessional! They damaged my appliances and my home during delivery (delivery courtesy of dumb and dumber) and have the audacity to insult me with an offer of about 10% of the actual repair cost. (I\\m so glad I bought that homeowners policy) Way to treat your customers R & B! It\\ll probably cost \\em more in attorney fees now than it would have to handle it the right way from the start. Oh well. Life goes on.
