I live in New Zealand and ordered an african juju hat from Omar Ebrahim at rebirth africa.It was delivered to new zealand but was faulty and in poor order. The hat was paid for insured so i posted this back to Omar for replacement with an assurance of reimbursement of the postage. The postal charges were $75 - the cheapest available from NZ to S Africa but considerable.A replacement hat was receieved but despite several requests for postal charges to be reimbursed this was never recieved.This added a considerable amount to the cost of the original article which was borne by myself rather than the retailer.I would encourage you not to return anything to this retailer until you have recieved payment for doing so in advance.
