Home Based Company Poor Work

I ordered parts from this company from the owner Tom Starks, and at the time I ordered parks I actually thought I was ordering from a real company/cooperation but I would later find out that this was some sort or home based company, and the car which he post on his website as a company car is actually his personal car. After a long period of time not getting what I ordered and my account being charged double I started to investigate this company. Not only that when I was talking to him his conversations would go into this neo Nazi type of gibberish making me wonder what kind of company was this.I dont know what had prompted his to discuss this with me just because I m white doesnt mean I wanted to hear this.In conclusion I m still waiting on my parts its been almost a year and I dont even think this is a real company.Company I mean house location 220 N alexander Ave Royal Oak Mi
I googled it its a house. Dont order from this guy.
