Dear Sir/Madam, I want to make a complaint about the hotel of Las Floritas in Tenerife. The apartment was a disgrace, they said that there was entertainment. There was no entertainment what so ever. The pool bar shut around 4 o clock in the afternoon. They also said that there was a T.V in the room but what they didn\\t say is it would cost a euro per hour. Which cost us an extra £100 on top of the holiday. The cooker was a waste of time it took 3 hours just to look warm a kettle so we went out and bought a kettle for 16 euros the cooker was that bad we couldnt even cook on it. The fridge wasnt working right and when it did work it made a right noise so we had to move it to some where else in the apartment. They put us where we didn\\t get any sun the apartment was that cold that we had to put blankets around us just to keep warm at night time. They said that there was free WIFI in the apartments, and there was nothing of the sort, has its been off for 3 weeks. When you watch the T.V it changed colour to blue with white lines running across the screen. It felt like we was in a passage way just like a genial or a walkway, there was no sunshine hitting our apartment during the day.Everytime I tried to make a complaint to the person behind the desk i didnt get anywhere has he couldnt speak English he rang around to find out what i was talking about. When someone did come they said that it was fine and they dont know what your complaining about.The cleaners came in the apartment once whilst we was there to make to beds and when they had finished they would leave the windows open knowing that there was nobody there. There was prostitutes all over the complex, asking for business. We should of waited and booked Laguna Park 2,has we stayed there before and had no problems there.
