Olan Mills Portrait Studio, Big Rapids
I have been taking my son to the same Olan Mills Portrait Studio since he was born and he is now three years old.This is the first time I have had any major problems.First of all the entire three years we have been going there they have had the same props nothing new.Secondly the photographer that we had this time barely even tried to get my son to smile. Thirdly, the photographer didnt know how to do something on the computer when ordering my photos so it took 33 days for me to receive them. And lastly when I finally did get the photos they were very poor quality.The pictures were grainy and the contrast was off.I returned the photos and I m still waiting for my refund.I have left dozens of messages on the district manager\\s voicemail but have not heard back. The photographer just tells me that its out of her hands now. This is so frustrating. Especially since I paid almost $90 and its Christmas time and I wanted to use that money to get his pictures taken somewhere else.
