I was overcharged.To get faster shipping then 5-7 business days after a two day in house delay I had them use my Federal Express account even though the website said Free Shipping.I later found out that they charged me an extra $42.50 even though i was paying for the shipping directly with Federal Express.They were nit supposed to charge me shipping if anything i should have had a shipping credit for not using their free shipping.The person I talked to spent forever taking my information.Lost it and then asked for it all a 2nd time.They refused to give any credit for their free shipping.I finally canceled the order after not getting this resolved with them. |
