I have been using netspend for years never had a problem. The one time i decide to put my refund on my card they wouldnt deposit it Kept giving me the run around really frustrated me have bills to pay is why i decided to do so.I would advise anyone thinking about using netspend DONT DO IT.I really wish i would have taken some time out to research them I would have never signed up for this BS card Canceled my card went over to visa no problems yet.
