National Fitness
Contract with National Fitness was misleading explained to me that it was a 30 day notice to cancel which is what the gym has that I also belong to.When I tried to cancel after finding out I was pregnant was then told it was a 3 day notice to cancel the contract. My only other option was to buy-out the contract which I did after spending $1460 for the 2 hours of personal training I received.I then got another charge for $375 stating since I did not cancel my contract within 30 days of a billing cycle I was responsible for this additional payment even though I had paid to buy out the contract.I signed the contract 6/21 found out I was pregnant 7/4 cancelled and paid for the buyout on 7/5 and since this wasnt timely enough they want an additional $375.Very rude customer service department misleading sales representatives DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY.
