My daughter ordered their free trial last night without my consent and when she read the reviews, she was disappointed. She told me about it and asked if I can reverse the procedure and get my shipping money back. To my surprise, the so called Supervisor, Jasmine or something, was EXTREMELY rude and tried to give me advise on how to be responsible with my credit card, instead of rectifying the situation. When I insisted to speak to a higher authority, she simply said \"NO\". I don\\t know what kind of a business they are running, but in my opinion, very fishy and unreliable. I would think twice before ordering anything from them. |
