I ordered some work boots from a online site called letfieldfashion on new years eve 2011. the money was dispatched to acompany called robinsons shoes and order confirmed. at the same time i accedently ordered same boots in wrong size. after the new year i phoned robinson shoes and cancelled the wrong order, which i was refunded for the same day. a few days later i phoned to enquire where my boots had got to. i was informed that a member of staff got confused between the cancelled item and thought id cancelled the right order. i was assured that the boots would be dispatached express delevery the same day. now 9 days after that call i phoned again to find out why they were taking so long to arrive. the person i spoke to said my order number was wrong should of been 4 digits not the 3 digits i had received so i said id go and check email again.i then phoned again saying i had only got a 3 digit order number and then mentioned the site i ordered from was letfieldfashion but it was robinsons shoes that took payment.he said id have to contact letfieldfashion via email which he gave me an address for.i then looked at my original order and found link to letfieldfashion website and contact info which i then phoned number from there. i was surprised to again get through to robinson shoes and the same person i just spoke to. after disputing they are one and the same company the person started being obnoxious and said he couldnt help. each of the 3 times i spoke to the same person today and asked if he recalled talking to me earlier he said i dont recall talking to you. at one stage he asked what item i had ordered then said they didnt sell that product. i then asked his name, he gave it as Kenneth brown. it felt he was just trying to fob me off i know i was phoning the right number as when i called about the wrongly orderd items to start with i got an immediate refund.i then started a complaint in paypal this was a month after original order then a couple of days later was surprised to recieve my order first thing on a saturday morning. thank u paypal is all i can say!! so letfield fashion and robinsons shoes didnt sell this product eh.
