Let me first start off by saying that I am so puzzled by any negative reviews on this board. I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent in all of the Tri-State area and have used both Peter Humblias and his employees on many different occasions. Not only have i never had one bad experience asides from maybe waiting a few hours for a call back. Everything pertaining to home buying as well as selling was taken care of quite efficiently by Mr. Humblias. I recommend his law firm to both my friends and family, now thats saying a lot!
