I am letting everyone I can know that this woman broke the hearts of my 3 children by telling me that she had 2 bulldog puppies for sale! I contacted her by e-mail and she responded quickly with her phone number. I asked her to send some pictures of the male puppy that she had available and she did. She sent the pictures along with an e-mail that said for me to call her at this number 469-432-4365. So I did and I then told her that I would discuss it with my husband and children and would then call her back if we decided to purchase this puppy. We then e-mailed her to ask about the payment and how the shipping would work if we decided to purchase him and she told us that she would discuss payment options when we if we decided to purchase, that the shipping process was easy. I then called her because we decided to purchase the puppy for $700.00. She then told me that we would have to send the money by money gramm because her pay pal account was over the limit, and that she would ship the puppy VIA airline as soon as she received the payment in full. So I went to Wal-mart and sent the money, and then called her with the reference number she needed to pick up the money, and she told me that the shipping process only took about 2-4 hours so I wxpected my puppy in that time frame. it allo went down hill from there. She would not return or answer any of our calls or e-mails to find out what airline and everything that I would need to pick him up at the airport. Finally after 5 days I got her to answer an e-mail with a confirmation number, flight number, time and airline name. That day came and went with no phone calls or e-mails from her to tell me why the puppy wasn\\t on the plane. I finally got ahold of her to ask her why, and she stated that the airline would not accept him becasue the certificate of health did not have the climate of which he could withstand stamped on it so she had to take it to the vet and get that done, and she would call as soon as it was done and on his way. Still no call or e-mail like she had said, so I then kept calling and calling until she called back and said that the appt. was later in the evening and she would call back when she was done. Still no call. So I waited until the next day to call back. In the meantime I googgled her name and found that there is a woman going by Latrice Angelina Harper that has scammed several other people for money that had thought that they were purchasing a puppy only to go through the same thing that I am going through with this Latrice India Harper. So I confronted her about it by phone and e-mail only to get no response from her which told me that she knew she had been found out.
