		<title>Bad Business</title>
		<description><![CDATA[I recently filed my taxes via Turbo Tax and opted to receive their TurboTax Visa card&#46; Little did I know&#44; it would be the card from HELL&#33; Upon receiving it&#44; I was excited to finish final wedding purchases&#46; I received the card on a Friday&#44; and I began using it immediately&#46; On the following Thursday I proceed to buy myself lunch&#44; but my card kept getting declined&#46; I called TurboTax Card Services only to find out that my card had been closed due to a security hold&#46; I was not notified about this hold&#46; They told me to fax in a copy of my ID&#44; my Social Security card&#44; and proof of residency&#46; Afterwards it would take 5&#45;7 business days to process&#46; Now&#44; here it is 11 days until my wedding and I don&#92;&#92;t even have access to the money I need to finish purchasing my dress&#46; I trusted TurboTax with my money and they screwed me over&#46; Please warn others about this tragic event&#33; I don&#92;&#92;t want anyone else to experience what I have experienced&#46; PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES&#46;]]></description>

		<title>Unprofessional Propery Managment</title>
		<description><![CDATA[1&#46; Unprofessional property management by Pam Dailey&#46; We were unable to get a hold of anyone in the offices for 3 days before we were able to process our 30 day written notice&#46; When Ms&#46; Dailey finally did call us back her demeanor and attitude was unprofessional and hung up on us&#46; We received a text message at 2 am acknowledging the fact that she did in fact receive double the amount of rent owed&#46; No checks were cashed&#46;<br />
2&#46; The following day she showed up on the property to give us our rent check back&#46; I put a stop pay order to the rent check for Feb&#46; 2012&#46; I will not deal with Pam Dailey anymore with business to the property&#46; I am afraid that I will not receive a fair process with the security deposit of 800&#46;00&#46;<br />
3&#46; I am prepared to pay the rent owed of 1225&#46;00 and plan on using certified mail to Curtis Property&#46;<br />
4&#46; Any help or guidance in our moving transition would be greatly appreciated as we have heard other customers being mistreated in regards to this&#46;]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I purchased on Cudo a IPHONE KIT for &#36;29&#46;00 on the 6th December 2011&#44; the amount was taken out from my credit card on the same day but I have not received the goods as yet&#44; I have purchased on numerous occassions things from Cudo in the past but never had a problem&#46;<br />

		<title>Horrible Care</title>
		<description><![CDATA[This &#92;&#34;health&#45;care provider&#92;&#34; is the worst I have seen in 46 yrs of living&#46; I moved to the area&#44; filled out their new patient paperwork and made an appointment for 8am&#46; I arrived on time and was shown to a chair at 8&#58;25 by the hygienist&#46; I let the her know that I had extremely sensitive teeth and have always had to have shots just to get my teeth cleaned&#46; She said&#44; &#92;&#34;well&#44; that&#92;&#92;s going to be a problem&#92;&#34;&#46; She went on to say the doctor didn&#92;&#92;t have much time today and that she is good at her job&#46;&#46;&#46; I assured her it wasn&#92;&#92;t doubt in her ability but it&#92;&#92;s my teeth that are sensitive&#44; not the gums&#46; Eventually she took x&#45;rays and asked me to wait for the Doctor&#46;<br />

I waited for about 15 mins&#46; and Asia Richardson&#44; the dentist&#44; introduced herself and asked a question about my surgical history&#46; I replied it was well over 4 yrs ago and that I have had work done since with the approval of my Doctor&#44; that I should be &#92;&#34;good to go&#92;&#34;&#46; Dr&#46; Richardson retorted that&#44; &#92;&#34;I will decide if your good to go&#92;&#34;&#46; Okay&#44; that was off putting but not the worse&#46; She asked about the sensitivity and after explaining it&#92;&#92;s my teeth&#44; not the gums&#44; she numbed the right said of my mouth&#44; took a look at the assessment and then stopped to ask&#44; why are we doing a clean up when you need antibiotics&#46; I asked&#44; &#92;&#34;what would that entail&#92;&#34; and she replied&#44; &#92;&#34;WHAT PART OF ANITBIOTICS DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND&#63;&#92;&#34; &#45;&#45; I was floored but inquired&#44; &#92;&#34;well&#44; are they topical or pills or other type&#63; How much do they cost&#63; Why do I need them&#46;&#46;&#46;&#63;&#92;&#34; She said the name of the product she wanted to use and I have used them before&#46; She sent the hygienist to write another treatment plan for me to sign and left the area&#46;<br />

A few minutes later the hygienist came back with a quote for the product that was for &#36;89 x 4 plus the cleaning I was about to receive&#46; I told her it seemed to much to me&#46;&#46;&#46; when I had the same treatment in April 2011 and it was &#36;35&#46; x 4&#46; I asked her about the numbers and why it was so much&#46; She said she would talk to the doctor and came back a few minutes later&#46; She said they weren&#92;&#92;t going to treat me and asked me to leave or make another appointment&#46; It was 9am and they had another customer waiting&#46;<br />

I am a very patient&#44; calm and happy person&#46; My expectations of health care providers are that they explain what&#92;&#92;s going on with my health and simply answer my questions as well as they can&#46; It would seem to me that Dr&#46; Richardson wants to be completely in charge and that the patient should simply sign the papers&#44; be treated rather poorly and pay the bill &#45; no questions asked&#46;<br />

I went to a dentist 2 miles away the following week&#46; Their treatment plan was actually &#36;700 MORE than Coast Dental but the treatment they explained to me made sense&#46; I paid them &#36;1&#44; 200 for services rendered and received GREAT care&#46; I have to wonder if Dr&#46; Richardson was actually treating me&#44; or just going through the motions but her condescending attitude and blatant disrespect towards me was unacceptable&#46;<br />

		<description><![CDATA[I ordered a trial of the product advertised on the Internet whilst I was on face&#45;book&#44; the add popped up on the side bar&#44; &#40;I have not purchased goods over the Internet before&#41;&#44; anyway my product arrived I tried it didn&#92;&#92;t see any amazing results&#44; never thought any more about it until i noticed charges on my credit card&#44; I lodged a dispute with my bank &#40;they were very helpful&#41; the money was credited back to my card&#44; then on the next statement they had made another 4 withdrawals from my card which I have now sent to my bank as disputed charges again&#46; Any suggestions how I can stop this happening &#40;other than cancelling my credit card&#41;&#46;]]></description>

		<title>Broken Down Equipment, Poor Customer Service</title>
		<description><![CDATA[If you are looking at spending your hard earned dollar for a gym membership&#44; spend it elsewhere&#46; The equipment appears to be 20 years old as evident by all the rust on the machines&#46; At any given time&#44; 10&#37; of the cardio equipment is out of order&#46; The majority of cardio equipment has 6 modes of exercise and you can use 3 because the other modes require the users heart rate and the machines don&#92;&#92;t have sensors on them&#46; The locker rooms stink and to find a locker without a broken door is a challenge&#46; The staff doesn&#92;&#92;t acknowledge your existence&#46; If they do&#44; be prepared to get blown off and disregarded if you have a question&#46; They treat the members like your wasting their time&#46; Be smart and don&#92;&#92;t buy off on the whole initiation fee crap&#46; I can tell you this&#44; for the suckers that pay it&#44; they sure in the hell don&#92;&#92;t buy any new equipment with it or make any improvements to the facility&#46;]]></description>

		<title>Rudeness, Lying, Food Horrid</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Pizza Hut will NEVER be getting my business&#44; my friends business or anyone in my jobs business &#40;Music industry&#41;&#46; I have traveled around the world&#44; have ate at NUMEROUS Pizza Huts all over the place&#44; and low and behold&#44; where I happen to be &#92;&#34;Stationed&#92;&#34; for my job at the moment in the USA is the WORST service&#44; attitudes and food I have ever gotten from ANY Pizza Hut&#46; The store number is &#92;&#34;4320&#92;&#34;&#46;<br />

It was on the night of 17&#44; January 2012 around 20hr &#40; 8PM &#41;&#46; My other half called the only Pizza Hut in this area that will deliver to my house&#46; We have had a Horrible experience once before from this store&#44; but had a bread stick craving and ended up wanting to place an order of just bread sticks &#40;which we did in the past&#41; and we had no issue at all&#44; even though it was just one order&#46; I probably did this order 3&#45;4 times without ever getting any hassle even though the order was under the &#36;10&#46;00 delivery minimum&#44; and we live close to the store&#46;<br />

The second time we ever ordered from this store&#44; we had a massive issue from this store&#46; It took them 3x delivering and 2 1&#47;2 hours later to get an order of a &#92;&#34;P&#46; Zone&#92;&#34; &#40;Stromboli&#41; and an order of bread sticks&#46; The original time they came to the door to give us an order&#44; the food was cold and under&#45;cooked&#46; The dough was cold and raw&#44; the ingredients were cold and the bread sticks also under cooked and cold&#46; We waited over an hour to get this kind of slop&#46; We had to call the store where they said that they would re&#45;do the order then send it back out&#46; The second time that the food came to the house&#44; it was still the SAME problem&#46; So&#44; we called the store&#44; once again&#44; and had to wait to get our food&#46;&#46;&#46;again&#46; This time&#44; we just had them send a Pizza and the bread sticks&#46; 2 1&#47;2 hours after placing the order&#44; we FINALLY got an &#92;&#34;alright&#92;&#34; pizza and bread sticks that were nothing to talk about&#46; But&#44; at this point&#44; I was starving &#40;it was also around 22&#46;30 by this time&#41; so I just sucked it up and ate the little bit that I could&#46;&#46;&#46;mainly ignoring the quality of what I was eating&#46;<br />

On 17&#44; January 2012&#44; I had another bread stick craving&#44; so thought that as a little side&#45;treat&#44; I would order myself some&#46; We had a younger female answer the phone that had the typical teenage&#47;early 20s attitude of todays society&#46; Short&#44; rude&#44; inconsiderate&#44; etc&#46;&#46;&#46;typical teen attitude&#46; It got so bad&#44; we just asked to speak to the manager on duty&#46; Well&#44; this really did not do the trick at all&#46; The manager happened to be yet another one of these &#40;maybe&#41; in the early 20s attitude&#46; He was insisting that I either get over the &#36;10&#46;00 minimum charge or else&#44; especially with the tone he used&#44; &#44; &#44; &#40;which I will not and do not accept or take at all&#41;&#46;&#46;&#46;I do not get my order&#46; After arguing with him for around 10 minutes or so&#44; I had to order 2x orders of bread sticks&#46;<br />

After we finally waited 55&#45;60 minutes for bread sticks&#44; and for someone to drive under 2 miles to get to my place&#44; who had a nasty attitude and was mainly 1 step away from brain&#45;death&#46;&#46;&#46; &#40;mind you&#44; this is Des Moines&#44; Iowa&#46; This town is DEAD&#46; No traffic&#44; nothing ever gets that busy etc&#46;&#41; I take a bite into the first bread stick to find it cold and raw on the inside but rock hard on the outside&#46; The sauce that I got may have been red dyed&#44; water with mild flavour&#46; Of course&#44; we immediately called back to tell them what was going on regarding the issue&#46; A younger man answered the phone and had a decent attitude&#46; He told us that he would get another order out to us A&#46;S&#46;A&#46;P&#46;<br />

We got our order in around 25 minutes&#46; We had a different driver&#44; who was polite&#44; and had warm bread sticks&#44; that were cooked&#44; and sauce that actually tasted like Pizza Hut sauce&#46;<br />

The problems do not end there&#46;<br />

We tried to call corporate&#44; but they were closed for the evening&#46; I ended up on the Pizza Hut corporate website and wrote them an e&#45;mail explaining what was going on about this issue and that we had had other issues with this store in the past&#46; I&#44; of course&#44; explained the situation in full with as many details as possible&#46; I gave them 2 mobile numbers for them to call along with 2 e&#45;mail addresses for them to contact myself and household through&#46; What did we get back&#46;&#46;&#46;Nothing&#46;<br />

I wrote to them again and again &#40;ended up to be 5x&#45;6x over&#41; and never any response&#44; negative or positive&#46; Come today&#44; we finally got hold of someone via phone&#46; This &#92;&#34;customer service&#92;&#34; rep&#46; right away was trying to get personal information asking for name and phone number associated with the complaint&#46; He asked if he could have a moment to look up in their computer systems about the past complaints that had happened&#46; Then&#44; he asked if he could put on hold&#46; The answer immediately was &#92;&#34;No&#92;&#34;&#46; &#40;Getting put on hold with these companies is a great way to make you sit and wait&#44; get brushed off&#44; and to just sit there with dead air until you get cut off&#46; They TRY to get rid of people and issues&#44; but it does not work with us&#41;&#46; He asked if we could just sit while he put the phone down but no longer get put on hold&#46; So we waited for him to look up the information and pick up the phone once again&#46; He left me sitting on the phone around 10 minutes of what sounded like &#92;&#34;Dead air&#92;&#34;&#46; We called the reps name in a louder voice to get his attention to see what was going on&#46; That is when he came back to us and told us that he saw the other complaints that we had made regarding the complaint for 17&#44; January&#46; He then proceeded to tell us what &#92;&#34;alleged&#92;&#34; action was taken on the complaint&#44; and we had to stop him half way through&#44; since we noticed we were getting told one HUGE lie&#46; I was told that an attempt to contact me had been made and a message left on the voice mail when I supposedly did not pick up the phone&#46; We explained to him that we had never gotten any phone call or contact of any kind&#46; If they had called&#44; it would not of only shown up on the mobile that there was a missed call&#44; but also that a voice mail was left&#46; Plus&#44; our voice mail gets checked numerous times a day&#46; They never called&#46; Best part is&#44; a MANAGER supposedly called&#46; The &#92;&#34;customer service&#92;&#34; guy says that he believed what we were telling him and that he is going to forward my complaint &#40;If it happens&#44; we will be completely shocked&#41; further up the Pizza Hut management food chain&#46;<br />

If we actually get this call or not &#40;I am guessing not&#41;&#44; only time will tell&#46; We will NOT give up on this matter&#46; This is not &#92;&#34;customer service&#92;&#34;&#46; This is NOT how you handle an issue in ANY field&#46; This will NOT be left until proper measures get taken&#46; &#40; I would love to see at least the girl who originally picked up the phone fired&#46;&#46;&#46;doubt it will happen&#41;&#46; More than likely&#44; we will be offered free food &#40;which I do not want&#46; Especially since 99&#37; of the time&#44; I only eat health foods&#46; This was my one little treat to myself that I take once&#45;in&#45;awhile&#41;&#46;<br />

If anyone has to come&#44; or lives in this state of Iowa &#40;Unfortunately&#41;&#44; STAY AWAY from most Pizza Hut stores&#46; Issues happen in most stores in the mid&#45;west than I have ever heard of anywhere else on the globe&#46; This now seems to be the sickening &#92;&#34;norm&#92;&#34; for people who happen to be in these type of jobs &#47; positions&#46; More people need to call&#44; and keep calling&#44; about these issues that go on&#44; and do not stop until the complaint is acknowledged and taken care of the best and fullest way it can be&#46; It would be nice if it would teach the companies and the employees that bad service&#44; bad food and nasty attitude employees are NOT acceptable nor will be tolerated in any form or fashion&#46; Good&#44; true and real customer service is a thing of the past and highly needs to come back&#46; Unfortunately&#44; with what is out in the World today&#44; I do not see this happening any time soon&#46;]]></description>

		<title>Poor Customer Service</title>
		<description><![CDATA[I ordered two matching armchairs online from Restoration Hardware on January 2&#46; I wanted to purchase them in the store&#44; but I was told I would have to pay the &#36;95 shipping fee since they would be sent from California and it was the same on the website but they offered 10&#37; off&#46; On January 13th&#44; after sitting here for 4 hours they arrived&#44; but they did not match&#46; One was an oval back chair and the other was square&#46; I told the delivery man&#46; He said I know the square one was mislabeled with the wrong sticker and I told them at the warehouse it was wrong&#46;I called customer service before the delivery man left because they were &#92;&#34;final sale&#92;&#34; with no returns&#46; The lady on the phone apologized and said she would do an immediate refund for the incorrect chair and then she would have to recharge me for the right chair&#46; She said she would handle it right away since the chairs were going on clearance&#46; She also said keep the chair and use it until the right one comes&#46; She promised that she had the chairs in stock and online it showed that they did&#46; I was concerned so I checked their website as well and they were available&#46; In a week I got a phone call for delivery&#44; when I called back the lady said it was for a pickup&#46; I explained that there was a replacement chair coming and she said ok she would put the pickup on hold so I would not have to sit and wait three times for delivery&#46; I received the call Friday and they set up &#92;&#34;delivery&#92;&#34; for Tuesday&#46; Tuesday they arrived and said they were here to pick up the chair&#44; but had nothing for me&#46; I called and was told so sorry your chair is sold out&#46; I have one chair for the seating area for my office&#46; I spoke to customer service and they verified after looking online that all stores were sold out of that chair&#46; They said they had another chair that was similar in a lighter wood that they could order for me but that would be an additional &#36;100 for the two chairs&#46; I asked after waiting over a month for two &#92;&#34;instock&#92;&#34; chairs was there nothing they could do for me&#63; He said I am sure there is but they do not discuss that until the other replacement chairs have been ordered&#46; I asked so let me get this right&#44; I have sat here twice waiting for delivery and you have screwed it up not once but twice&#44; you have never given me the refund for the chair which you said you had&#44; you never ordered the replacement chair which you said you had&#44; and now you want me to pay you an extra &#36;100 in the hopes that you might be able to get it right and get me two matching chairs and you won&#92;&#92;t discuss whether I have to pay full price until I have already paid you full price and you have my money&#46; &#92;&#34;Yes that is how it works&#92;&#34; he said&#46; I said I would call back once I decided&#46; My husband could not believe that I was hearing them right&#46; Surely a national company does not do business this way&#46; He called back and they would not connect him to who I had spoken to even though we had his extension&#46; He had to explain the whole thing all over&#46; They said they would order the new chairs&#44; that they now said were &#36;75 extra each&#46; The chairs in 15 minutes had gone up &#36;50 additional dollars but that they could give him 10&#37; off&#46; Wow charging &#36;50 extra but they were willing to give him a whopping &#36;15 off&#46; Now that is a deal&#46; He told them he would call them back when we decided&#46; WE called them back 10 minutes later and you guessed it explained it all from the beginning and told them to please come get their one remaining chair&#46; I will be calling the credit card company and making sure the charge is removed&#46; Apparently according to what I have read from other customers&#44; giving refunds is not high on their to do list&#46;]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Let me first start off by saying that I am so puzzled by any negative reviews on this board&#46; I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent in all of the Tri&#45;State area and have used both Peter Humblias and his employees on many different occasions&#46; Not only have i never had one bad experience asides from maybe waiting a few hours for a call back&#46; Everything pertaining to home buying as well as selling was taken care of quite efficiently by Mr&#46; Humblias&#46; I recommend his law firm to both my friends and family&#44; now thats saying a lot&#33;]]></description>
