Hollister Clothing, Michigan
Purchased a winter coat at my local HOLLISTER store for my granddaughter.Paid over 100.00 Within 3 weeks the zipper broke.Took coat back to store-manager told me to contact Hollister. That was the first mistake. I should have insisted that the store of purchase handle the problem. I mailed the coat back to Hollister and was told they would either fix the zipper or send me a store credit That was 10 weeks ago. Havent heard a word from Hollister.I have contacted them many times by email and phone only to be told that it was sent to escalation 4-5 times now. Meanwhile they have my 100 dollar coat and i HAVE NOTHING. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General\\s office. A consumer should not have to go through this bullshit to get satisfaction.
