Since June of last year they have broken two windshields one during installation and the other upon shipment costing us another 2 days of a broken windshield. Plus the tech installing broke our windshield wiper and grudgingly accepted responsibility for it. Six months later a huge crack started developing at the top of the windshield and when claiming the 12-month guarantee and requesting a installation warranty issue the manager Jennifer treated my wife like dirt. The tech found two tiny nicks indicated a non-warranty issue. At least he was honest we doubled checked at Safelite. The Safelite customer service was wonderful and made my wife feel respected and important. Thanks SafeLite you have earned our business.
