I found a great offer for a laptop on exbulk.com and paid for it via moneygram.I have got dispatch confirmation but then some guy emailed me and said that my laptop is at customs now and I need to pay clearance fee.It wasnt mentioned on that website and now they refuse to pay me my refund. |
