Exact watches
Ordered the watch in Feb 2011 and received it a few weeks later the crown on the watch would not open i contacted Nancy Meyers via email who replied to use more force.I did and it broke the crown off all attempts to have the watch repaired/replaced or even a refund have so far fallen on deaf ears. It is obviously a manufacturing problem but getting exact watches to accept this is like trying to get blood out of a stone.
