Direct TV
I have been with Direct TV for 2 years now and since day 1 had nothing but issues with service quality of the equipment customer service and billing. You call the customer service number get bounced around from one person to the next then after hours of holding and trying to get your matter resolved, you get disconnected. Finally I decide to email them and their response is always the same sorry your having trouble complaints like yours are rare and we do take this matter seriously LOL - ya okay did you read your reviews seems my problems are very common! They need to be shut down and stopped from scammer customers. How do they keep getting away with these practices? Going to the Dish to take my chances.
