I purchased a Tablet PC from Dinodirect about a month ago.It worked up until last week. Since last Friday I have been in constant communication with their Customer Service both via their website RMA and by direct email. The Tablet has ceased to function and will not switch on. They first asked for a photograph which uploaded although I would have thought they would have known what it looked like!!! How a photo of something that does not switch on helps I do not know. This was then followed by a request for a video. How do you video a tablet which will not switch on? Anyway I duly took a video of my wife trying to switch it on and uploaded it both to their email address and to the website RMA.The worst feature of this fiasco is that the tablet was a gift for my Grandson who has had the use of it for less than a month. How am I to tell him that I appear to be dealing with a company Dinodirect who are dubious in their business practices to say the least. |
