Staff does not proactively mention the return policy. The receipt states All sales are final. No refunds. Exchanges only within 5 days.Restocking charge of 35%. No exchanges or refunds on special orders store wont match prices.I purchased a camera bag on December 18, 2011 aware of this policy only as I read it on the receipt.I agreed to it by signing.I figured I probably wouldnt return it.What I did not notice is that the clerk had stamped another part of the receipt Package Deal Special Order.This is ridiculous because the bag was ready and waiting on display.There was no special order whatsoever.This was nothing less than an attempt to hoodwink me and make sure that no return or exchange was at all possible.This is fraudulent and ill faith. Do not do business with this establishment.Go to a major store such as Best Buy with a proper return policy.
