1. Unprofessional property management by Pam Dailey. We were unable to get a hold of anyone in the offices for 3 days before we were able to process our 30 day written notice. When Ms. Dailey finally did call us back her demeanor and attitude was unprofessional and hung up on us. We received a text message at 2 am acknowledging the fact that she did in fact receive double the amount of rent owed. No checks were cashed.
2. The following day she showed up on the property to give us our rent check back. I put a stop pay order to the rent check for Feb. 2012. I will not deal with Pam Dailey anymore with business to the property. I am afraid that I will not receive a fair process with the security deposit of 800.00.
3. I am prepared to pay the rent owed of 1225.00 and plan on using certified mail to Curtis Property.
4. Any help or guidance in our moving transition would be greatly appreciated as we have heard other customers being mistreated in regards to this.
