Costa Blanca Lawyers
Jo Caress of Costa Blanca Lawyers is not a solicitor and admitted so to me after I had checked with the law association in both spain and the UK. Therefore she takes money from people under false pretences. My husband and I went to see her about a divorce and paid her 860 euros.I then found out she was having secret meetings with him and did nothing about the divorce. I am trying to get my money back and twice she has told me she has put it into the bank but when I went to the bank to check she had lied. What I suggest people do is go to the office like I did and ask for the hoja de reclamaciones. This is a document that all companies in Spain are legally obliged to have. When I asked for this form they did not have one so I phoned the police tel.965887100 and they sent two officers out straight away to issue a denuncia against them. This means she will now have to go to court. I am now working with OMIC to trty and get my money back and if that fails I will be taking her to court. |
