I am an Event Coordinator for 3FOUR1, and am taken back by the above slander. 3FOUR1 has established hundreds of quality venues, and exceeds exceptional customer service standards. I have enjoyed working with 3FOUR1, as well as establishing a professional relationship with Adam Endick. He remains to be successful and honest, continuing to pay on time, and create amazing professional relationships…

I am a current employee of 3FOUR1 and am shocked at the above so called “scam” deals that are being claimed.
Since Ive been here I have not had any issue with receiving pay and in reference to issues with venues, our clients/venues are very happy with the service that the company provides and look forward to future events. But as in any business, you will occasionally have a dissatisfied client.

Unfortunately not many former employees would be able to agree with you. I certainly hope that Adam\\s mode of running his business has changed. It\\s just a matter of time either way for current employees to find out. |

Monica and Deborah - Open your eyes and ears. He is a thief and a scam artist and has NO respect in his \"field\". I currently work for one of 3FOUR1\\s ex-clients, and trust me, his name has become synonymous with bullshitter. There\\s a reason why 50+ people have been hired and quit within the past 6 months. His unethical business practices will very soon put an end to this nonsense. |

Business ethics? Im assuming you have not been working with Adam Endick and 3Four1 for a long time, right? Unfortunately you will find out soon why nobody stays working for this company and why so many venues stopped doing business with Adam. His offerings are far apart from his delivery. In the meantime, enjoy his charms and do not accept excuses when it comes to salary and commissions. |

3four1 is not a business you want to get involved. If you want to be paid low or better yet...or WORST....not get paid at all then 3four1 is your best bet. Deborah and Monica are two made up employees that don\\t even work there. And seriously if you are trying to decide whether to do business/work for him..think TWICE why the heck he even has a complaint....i would defintiely head into another direction...a company that can keep an employee for more than 3 months and be true to his word. DO NOT fall for this SCAM. |

#four1 is a Scam for both the employees and the Clients. This place is So unprofessional its ridiculous, the sad thing here is that most of the employees who do work for him, or DID work for him... I think all have left were really great people with great work ethic. The only problem is, is that the place is not run right and people are treated like dogs and not paid.
They have TWO phones for the entire office and work out of the SAME PLACE ADAM lives... he lives UPSTAIRS. I worked for this company for A WEEK that gave me plenty of time to know that this place was NO good and that it was a complete waste of my time and energy.
It will be very soon that this company is no longer in service... I feel bad for the people who continue to do work for this coward. |
