Classic Used Cars Leasing
This was the absolute worst experience with a car dealer ever.I purchased a used car from them but the car was overheating took the car into the dealer to see what was wrong. I had to call to see what needed repaired because they never called me to tell me what was going on..The receptionist proceeded to tell me that they made some repairs and it would cost $94 but they need to do more repairs and they couldnt give me the car and I had to rent a car until they found out what else needed to be done.after getting someone to drive me down to the dealership and 2 911 calls later I received my vehicle.How can a business do unauthorized repairs on your car and tell you that you cant remove the car from there premises.according to the law..if you sign on dotted line your responsible for that car even if the car is not able to drive.If this is how they treat their customers.they deserve no business at all. |
