I sent my camera for repair the estimate was supposed to take 2 weeks but took 3.They stated it was a £100 repair which I authorised and they stated it would take another 3 weeks.. I chased up again after 4 weeks and they stated they were waiting for the parts they had ordered and it would be repaired next week.I chased up again two weeks later and they stated it needed a different repair and that it would be £170 . In short they charged me £30 to store my broken camera for 9 weeks and preventing me from getting a new one.They made sure I always chased them rather than keeping me informed.If I hadnt called them I would probably still be waiting.
