My new blackberry (+- 4 months) was eating battery power. After charging all night it would only last 4-5 hours and then die on me. The problem was the phone itself because I did try replacing the battery with another one but it still did the same thing. I took my phone in and was told it could take between 2-6 weeks before I get it back. Because I use my phone for work I decided to wait till December before I took it in; which is what I did. When I got it back I was furious to find that the phone had been given nothing more than a software upgrade and was still eating the battery power. Additionally they had somehow removed the password keeper(which I use every day) which was a standard application on all Blackberrys.I returned the phone and told them that the phone was still eating battery life and my password keeper was gone and I want it back.This cost me another 2 weeks without my phone and since it is a vital part of my work I lost a lot When they finally returned it to me it was still broken and my password keeper was still gone.I had to send it in AGAIN.This is PATHETIC and I have had enough.
