From Sales to Service I would NEVER go back. You think your a great negotiator? They will wear you down & keep your for hours & they are sly & shady. They will not give you a decent deal for your trade in & they are too aggressive you will be getting phone calls several times a week. Even when you tell them to take you off their list just a couple of months after leasing my vehice they were calling me to see if Im in the market for another car Seriously? Then they go back on their word the mangament, they quoted me a price for a Remote car stater which was too high I did talk them down to $299 then they gave me the persons name to call & ext when I was ready.When I called they had no record of it & now they want to charge over $400 Are you kiddin me they only cost around $135 anywhere else. I cant stand them & will tell everyone never to go there. This is my 1st toyota for 30yrs I have been a Chevy fan.I might go back to Chevy just because they aggrevated me that much. |
