C & R Boger - Complaint Description:
Salesman tried to justify the horrendous price of replacement windows ($1750 for a standard 4\\x6\\ double slider) from a survey of what 200 realestate agents thought it should cost.When I objected (when is that last time you had a realestate agent install a window?) he said that his real price was half that, which was still almost twice the price of the highest of three other bids that I received.I am going to also contact the Washington Attorney Generals Office, notify them that I have contacted the BBB, and request that they follow up.When the fish smells rotten it probably is.
