My mom put her boyfriend in Autumn health care at 17 forry st. in Newark ohio 43055 740-345-9197.And then all his rights as a human being was gone. They abuse the people they take in.They do not let people see the people they take in.They dont let people use a phone or get mail or send mail. They held Walter Schmeltzer prisoner.The supervisor is this lady named Marsha and shes so mean the elderly are frighten of her. I do this so people dont make the same mistake my mom made. This place will kill your family.Because all they care about is the money.
