I called at&t repair service on 1-26-12 because I have no service on my land line. They told me they couldt come out until 1-30-12. thats 5 days with no service. I explained to them my mom was disabled an had to be able to get ahold of me but that didnt seem to matter. I don\\t think I should have to pay for those 5 days if I can\\t get service. they sure wouldnt hesitate to add charges to my bill if I was 5 days late.It also took me 45 min. to get to talk to a real person.They dont even give you an option.I had to go outside an use my cell phone an try to get a signal.I cant pick up out here but I still have to pay full price for wireless service.I am very dis-satisfied with there service.I have been with them for years an this is the way your treated? I m shopping for new service.
