We are are on a fixed income, when I went to Aspen dental they wrote up a contract for me so that I knew exactly what I would have to pay out of pocket. After receiving my money all of a sudden there were extra cost. (for exams ect.) I was assured at the time that all was included in the $3200. which they have received. Now they claim I owe them additional money as they did not charge me for any visits for exams or more xrays? Why pray tell wasnt this included? If I went in for surgery then any follow up visits in regards to that surgery is on the doctor not me.Bad business practice Hidden cost.
