Asda tomatoe juice, Eastbourne, England
Purchased 2 cartons of tomatoe juice on returning to shop only given back the purchase price plus a £2.00 voucher.We phoned on day of purchase so shelves could be cleared but could not return to shop until 2 days later.Had we not informed them other customers could have purchased these items NOT seen the year 2008 and been quite ill.I think we deserve a better repayment than just £2.00.The service lady was very polite but the reason given was stock control, someone must be held responsible for checking these items.
