I ordered a free trial of this product and was charged before my time was up. I contacted them and it was taken care of. This was in July of 2010. I received a cancellation number and was assured there would be no further charges. Then in March of this year I was suddenly charged for the full amount without authorization and have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact them for my money back. I called the toll-free number on my bank statement several times and they assured me they were working on it. After several times of talking the people on the phone said they only distributed the product for the company and could not give me back my money themselves. They gave me a web site to contact that was supposedly a direct link to the company. After several attempts to contact them with no reply I can safely say Ive been ripped off and they stole my money. There was even 2 separate charges of $87.13 and $2.95 and no one could explain why there was 2 charges instead of one. Nowhere did I read that a 14 day free trial meant you would be charged several months later for something that was supposedly cancelled and taken care of. Apparently they do not believe in a free trial offer. They will take the money regardless. Also in dealing with the people on the phone I kept getting told several different things and the date that I was supposed to get my money back kept changing before they told me the last time time that they could not refund it themselves. |
