About January 12, 2012 my new Whirlpool front load Duet washer sprang a leak. I have had the washer about a month. I called Whirlpool and they said that they would arrange for A&E Factory Service to come to my house and fix the washer, but that they couldnt be there unitl Feb. 11, 2012. They stated that this was unacceptable and would try to find an earlier date to their credit. On January 25, 2012 I received a call from Whirlpool and A&E Factory Service saying that they would be at my house on January 28, 2012 in the afternoon to due the repair. An hour before they were due to arrive a robo call came and stated that they werent coming that I should call and reschedule.I immediately called the number and was talking to a guy from India or Bangledesh who told me in broken English that they would reschedule for the end of February. I told him that was unacceptable and requested to speak with a supervisor. They guy put me on hold and never came back. On January 30, 2012 I called Whirlpool back after I diagnosed the problem and asked them to send me the part and I would make the repair myself.
