I purchased my minime back on 11/12/2011. The first modeling proof looked nothing like the pictures that i submitted to the company. I rejected it and told them what needed to be changed. The second time around it looked slightly better so I went ahead and approved it. This was back in December. I hadn\\t heard anything back from them. I contacted them in January just to be told things were delayed because of the Chinese holiday. February rolled around and still nothing. I contacted them again and was informed they would rush my order and just wait a couple more days. Two weeks past and I still hadn\\t seen my painted head proof. I e-mailed them a third time and finally got my proof today 02/21/12. Only problem is it looks absolutely nothing like the pictures I sent them. It almost looks like they redid the clay head! I compared it to the previous clay head model that I approved and there were significant differences between the two! I was so fed up at this point I just approved the painting just so I can get this whole ordeal over with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!
